Thanksgiving Recap

From bottom center (clockwise): Tofurky roast with mushroom gravy, sauteed swiss chard, homemade vegan stuffing, roasted corn, brussel sprouts with shiitake mushrooms, baked sweet potatoes and in the middle mashed potatoes with gravy.
