Caramelized Tofu and Snap Peas
Caramelized Tofu with Red Onions
A couple weeks ago, I was craving Dau Hu Kho (Braised tofu). Pair it with snap peas and steamed rice, and you have yourself a satisfying Vietnamese meal. Enjoy!
