This early Summer treat reminds me visiting my brother in Hawaii. On the bottom is a smoothie made with acai, strawberries, blueberries, mango, pineapple, and almond milk. The next layer is a mixture of fresh blueberries, raspberries, and sliced bananas. Then you top it off with granola and shredded coconut. Mix and serve! (See my other post about it

Recipe:
In a blender (Vitamix):
1 medium banana
1 frozen acai smoothie pack
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen mango
1/4 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup fresh fruit (raspberries, blueberries, sliced banana)
1/8 cup granola
1 tbsp. shredded coconut
To make the smoothie, put the banana in first, then all of the frozen ingredients. Next, add 2 cups of almond milk. Blend until smooth and pour into a bowl.
After, add fresh fruit, granola of your choice, shredded coconut, and drizzle with a little agave syrup. Mix and Eat!
