Smoothie of the Day
Recipe adapted from Angela Liddon’s Oh She Glows Cookbook.
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup Organic Baby Spinach
1 lime (juiced)
A little fresh ginger
1 cup of water
Blend in a Vitamix until smooth. Top with sliced banana, strawberries, coconut, and chia seeds. Enjoy!
