Made with 5 simple ingredients.
✔️1/3 cup chia seeds
✔️1 can of organic coconut milk 
✔️1/4 cup of agave
✔️ 1 pinch of cinnamon
✔️ blueberries
First put the coconut milk, agave, and cinnamon into a blender (Vitamix works best). Blend until smooth.  Next pour the mixture into a tall mason jar.  Then stir in the chia seeds.  Refrigerate overnight.  Scoop out a portion for yourself, top with fresh blueberries, and coconut.  Enjoy!
