21 Day Cleanse-Day 10




Day 10-4/15
Breakfast
  •  1-20 oz Warm Lemon Water
  • 1-Mug of Organic Peppermint Herbal Tea
Lunch
  • Romaine salad with shredded squash, carrots, quinoa, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, and red cabbage
  • 1-16 oz. Green Smoothie (banana, pear, kale, romaine, cucumber, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, lemon, and filtered water)
Snack
  • 3 Raw cacao bites
  • Raisins
Dinner
  • Power Salad-kale, romaine, edamame, carrots, zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms, and red cabbage
Workout
  • Rest
Snack #2

  • Apple
  • 2 Homemade granola bites
