Breakfast

- 1-Mug of Organic Peppermint Herbal Tea
Lunch
- Romaine salad with shredded squash, carrots, quinoa, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, and red cabbage
- 1-16 oz. Green Smoothie (banana, pear, kale, romaine, cucumber, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, lemon, and filtered water)
Snack
- 3 Raw cacao bites
- Raisins
Dinner
- Power Salad-kale, romaine, edamame, carrots, zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms, and red cabbage
Workout
- Rest

- Apple
- 2 Homemade granola bites
