21 Day Cleanse-Day 9



Day 9-4/14
Breakfast
  •  1-20 oz Warm Lemon Water
  • 1-Mug of Organic Peppermint Herbal Tea
Lunch
  • Romaine salad with shredded squash
  • 1-16 oz. Green Smoothie (banana, pear, kale, romaine, cucumber, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, lemon, and filtered water)
Snack
  • Raw Cashew pieces
  • Raw Brazil nuts
  • Date coconut rolls
Dinner
  • Dining out-Blossom du jour
  • Build your own bowl-quinoa, steamed kale, roasted veggies(carrots, baby corn, and sweet potato) with a tahini dressing
Snack #2
  • Peanut butter rice cake
  • Raw Cashew pieces
Workout
  • 90 vinyasa heat yoga
