Breakfast
- 1-20 oz Warm Lemon Water
- 1-Mug of Organic Peppermint Herbal Tea
Lunch
- Romaine salad with shredded squash
- 1-16 oz. Green Smoothie (banana, pear, kale, romaine, cucumber, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, lemon, and filtered water)
Snack
- Raw Cashew pieces
- Raw Brazil nuts
- Date coconut rolls
Dinner
- Dining out-Blossom du jour
- Build your own bowl-quinoa, steamed kale, roasted veggies(carrots, baby corn, and sweet potato) with a tahini dressing
Snack #2
- Peanut butter rice cake
- Raw Cashew pieces
Workout
- 90 vinyasa heat yoga
