21 Day Cleanse-Day 3

Day 3-4/8
Breakfast
  • 1-20 oz Lemon Cayenne Water
  • 1-Mug of Organic Peppermint Herbal Tea
  • 1-16 oz. Green Smoothie (banana, pear, kale, romaine, cucumber, avocado, frozen mango, and filtered water)
Lunch
  • Dining Out-Angelica Kitchen
  • Pantry plate (kinpira, garlicky lemon kale, special salad)
  • Side of Steamed veggies (kale, collards, bok choy, kabocha, and sweet potato
  • Green tea
Snack
  • Goji berries
  • Blueberries
Dinner
  • Dining Out-Greek Restaurant
  • Appetizer for table share (eggplant dip, hummus,and garlic potato) with pita
  • Greek salad (no feta)
  • Mini veggie skewer with grilled zucchini, peppers, onion, and eggplant
  • Sparkling soda
Workout
  • 60 mins EFX(elliptical) intervals
  • Arms and abs
Vitamins

  • Vegan one a day
Snack #2
  • 1/2 date roll with almond butter
  • Mini rice cake with almond butter and goji berries
