21 Day Cleanse Day 5



Day 5-4/10
Breakfast
  •  1-20 oz Warm Lemon Water
  • 1-Mug of Organic Peppermint Herbal Tea
  • 1-16 oz. Green Smoothie (banana, pear, kale, romaine, cucumber, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, lemon, and filtered water)
Lunch
  • Black bean Salad with beets, scallions, and red bell peppers. Evoo balsamic and lemon dressing
Snack
  • 1/4 pear
  • Almonds
Dinner
  • Tomato Salad with cucumber, scallions, carrots, and bell peppers
  • Royal Tavern Takeout- 1/2Vegan Seitan Cheesesteak (no bread)
Workout
  • Run 4 miles
Snack #2
  • Herbal Mint Tea
  • Roasted Almonds
  • Peanuts
  • ¼ pear
