21 Day Cleanse-Day 6




Day 6-4/11
Breakfast
  • 1-20 oz Warm Lemon Water
  • 1-Mug of Organic Peppermint Herbal Tea
Lunch
  • 1-16 oz. Green Smoothie (banana, pear, kale, romaine, cucumber, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, lemon, and filtered water)
  • Fuji apple
Snack
  • Carrots, cucumber, and lemon hummus
  • Roasted almonds
  • Peanuts
Dinner
  • Dining out-Buena Onda
  • Romaine/kale Salad with corn, black beans, red onion, avocado, and tortilla strips (balsamic dressing)
  • Roasted Veggie taco with homemade tortilla
Workout
  • 60 min walk in the city
Snack #2
  • 3 Dates coconut rolls
  • Almonds
