- Roasted almonds
- Peanuts
Dinner
- Dining out-Buena Onda
- Romaine/kale Salad with corn, black beans, red onion, avocado, and tortilla strips (balsamic dressing)
- Roasted Veggie taco with homemade tortilla
Workout
- 60 min walk in the city

- 3 Dates coconut rolls
- Almonds
