Day 20


Breakfast
  • 1-16 oz. Green Smoothie (banana, pear, kale, romaine, frozen mango, lemon, and filtered water)
Lunch
  • Rice Cake with almond butter
  • Raw Sprouted Nuts
  • Banana
  • Goji berries
Snack
  • Blueberries
  • Tea
Dinner
  • Lemongrass Tofu w/ greens
Workout

  • 1.5 mile jog/run
