21 Day Cleanse-Day 7




Day 7-4/12
Breakfast
  •  1-20 oz Warm Lemon Water
  • 1-Mug of Organic Peppermint Herbal Tea
Lunch
  • 1-16 oz. Green Smoothie (banana, pear, kale, romaine, cucumber, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, lemon, and filtered water)
Snack
  • Vietnamese Bi Chay-shredded tofu with vermicelli, carrots, and mushrooms
Dinner
  • Dining out-Peacefoods Cafe
  • Vegetable plate-kale and cauliflower
  • Green Power Smoothie (banana, mixed berries, orange, leaf vegetables, date, and spiralina
  • Quinoa salad
Workout
  • 12 mile run
