21 Day Cleanse-Day 8



Day 8-4/13
Breakfast
  •  1-20 oz Warm Lemon Water
  • 1-Mug of Organic Peppermint Herbal Tea
Lunch
  • Romaine salad with shredded squash
  • 1-16 oz. Green Smoothie (banana, pear, kale, romaine, cucumber, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, lemon, and filtered water)
Snack
  • Raisins
  • Raw Brazil nuts
  • Raw Cashew pieces
Dinner
  • Dining out-Quintessence
  • Buddha Bowl-Kale, romaine, cucumber, tomato, red onion served with house dressing
Workout
  • Rest
